Tip of the Day
Obviously, going unbroken will give you the fastest possible time today.  For those of you that are not there yet, your next best option is strategic sets.  Set a goal on the round of 50, weather it's two sets of 25 or 5 sets of 10, pick a plan and stick with it.  If you can get through the double unders with very few clips, the rests will have been worth it.
