Tip of the Day
One does not simply become good at Olympic lifting without hours of technique practice.  That is what today is all about.  Today, you are going to work on muscle memory positions and then reinforce those positions on the full lift.  Do not just go through the motions on the lift just to do a heavy weight.  If your positions are wrong on the lighter lifts, stay there and fix them.
