Tip of the Day
What is one of the best ways to train your endurance?  Interval training.  If you want to be able to run faster for longer, train intervals.  You can benefit from any interval training.  Work to rest ratios help you to be able push harder each successive round.  Lactic acid in the presence of oxygen enables you to move faster.
