Minute 1: 10 V-ups + 10 Superman Rocks
Minute 2: Rest

Then:
2 Rounds:
5 Deadlifts (warm up weight)
20 Banded Good Mornings
5 Strict Pull Ups
5 Push Ups or Ring Dips

WOD
3 RFT
10 Deadlifts (315/205)
5 Ring Muscle Ups
*Scale is 15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups or 15 Pull Ups

Tip of the Day
Today could be the easiest your muscle ups or pull ups have ever felt.  Besides the fact that hopefully you are stronger, coupling the movement with a heavy deadlift will over load your CNS making your bodyweight feel much easier to move.  Today is a good day to go unbroken on the rings or to do large sets on the pull up bar.
