Tip of the Day
Twenty minutes is like a CrossFit marathon.  The key to pacing longer workouts is to not sprint the first five minutes.  You want to start at a pace that you feel like you could maintain for a long time.  When you get to the fifteen minute mark, you want to be able to pick up the pace.  The last few minutes need to get faster than that.  If you have a really strong "why" it will be able to go faster as you go.
