Tip of the Day
The past few days have been hard on us as a CrossFit family.  We have families in need and we encourage everyone to not only help others but to also take a second, listen to someone, and just be a friend.  We become so wrapped up in our daily goings on that we fail to get to know others the way we should.  I understand that this has nothing to do with the workout, however, every now and then we need to be reminded to be more human.  We appreciate you all.
