10 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)

Accessories

1a) 5 per leg front rack KB step ups
1b) 10 per leg suitcase KB deadlifts

Tip of the Day
The stimulus of todays workout should be "lung burner".  The hang clean should be challenging, yet doable unbroken to start.  Do your best to do the wall balls unbroken every round.  If you think about the weight of the wall ball, it's considerably lighter than any of our weighted squats.  If you can keep a pace to your breathing, the wall balls will be the easier part of this workout.
