Tip of the Day
The key to success today is not going until complete failure and losing your form by over extending your low back.  Take advantage of the stretch reflex of your shoulder joint to shoot the bar back up on each rep and drive your head under the bar as soon as you can.  If you are activating your shoulders properly, you should feel this in your lats and triceps.
