Minute 3: 100 m Sprint

Minute 5: 50 Double Unders (100 Singles)

Tip of the Day
You are only as competent as an athlete as you are in all 3 energy pathways that we train.  Today, we work hard on either your phosphogenic and/or glycolytic pathway.  The pathway that you work in will depend on how fast you are at each movement.  These 2 pathways are anaerobic and will help you to maintain/gain muscle mass and burn body fat.
