Tip of the Day
Fatigue on oly lifts requires a lot of trust.  You need to trust that you can jump the weight up while tired and you do not need to rely on pulling with your arms.  That is especially important today with the snatches being followed by handstand push ups.  Jump the bar up and simply "catch" the weight overhead.
