Tip of the Day
Being successful on this workout comes down to how you manage the toes to bar and wall balls.  You want to row at a pace that allows you to immediately start the toes to bar.  Break the toes to bar into small manageable sets from the beginning so that you don't have to take long breaks.  The same applies to the wall balls.  Fourteen minutes is not a lot of time so the shorter the rest breaks, the better.
