9 x 1 Pause Front Squat (:03 pause @ parallel, :03 pause @ bottom, :03 pause at parallel)
Sets 1-3 @ 50%
Sets 4-6 @ 55%

*Score is total time minus the 4:00 rest

Tip of the Day
If you struggle with breathing on burpees, use the top the the burpee as a chance to catch your breath for a split second.  It will slow the pace of your burpee slightly but allow you to work longer without needing to take a prolonged break during your set.  Have a goal of finding a pace you can keep for the first two and a half rounds and slightly get faster as you go finishing with a hard push on round five.
