Tip of the Day
Today's workout should have the feel of one of our benchmark "girls".  The weight isn't heavy enough for you to need to drop it unless you are completely fatigued.  If you are strong on handstand push ups, fight to go unbroken.  If the handstand push up isn't yet in your wheelhouse, break them up early.  These two movements together are a fun combination.
