Tip of the Day
Knowing your 2k row pace is a big deal today.  Fluctuating between faster and slower intervals for the row will leave you fresh for the double unders.  Setting a new 2k PR will leave you exhausted for the double unders.  Do your best to be ready to complete the jump rope in large chunks.
