Tip of the Day
Today, you want to push the pace on the rower but having the lower damper setting will allow you to start the box jumps sooner.  Make sure when you get to the box, that your legs are ready to jump!  Once you hit the push presses, you do not want to go until failure.  If you have 1 minute left, maybe 3 sets of 5 would be best for you, or maybe 7's.  Four rounds are a lot of rounds, be smart about how you start.
