Tip of the Day
Today is a good day to work on pacing.  The average person will start out super fast and be toasted by the five minute mark.  Try to find a pace that you can keep consistently for the full 20 minutes.  This might mean that your first few rounds feel super slow.  Those first few slow rounds will benefit you more in the end, causing you to be able to get more rounds as opposed to resting.
