Tip of the Day
Today is designed to work specifically on your weaknesses.  We encourage everyone to get outside of their comfort zone and work on something that you would not usually do when the workout has a score.  Work on a new seat position on the bike, a new foot position on the rope, a heavier KB or DB on the Snatch or work on catching it in a squat.  The only way to improve your abilities is to try new things that are more advanced that what you are use to.
