Tip of the Day
When you have a "buy in" the tendency is to push hard at the beginning.  Depending on the movement, this can be a benefit to your score at the end.  When that "buy in" is a row or bike, pushing too hard could result in needing to rest longer than you intended.  Row on a lower damper setting, keep your pace consistent so that when you finish, you can go straight to the bar and do the first round of hang cleans unbroken.
