Tip of the Day
Today is going to be more about transitions than it is about the movements.  Because of the short rep schemes, you aren't at one station long enough to need rest and you will be moving quickly to the next.  Keep your extra steps to a minimum.  Drop off the bar, straight into your burpee.  When you get to the wall ball, pick it up and start right away.  Be mindful of your transitions and your pace and you will definitely set a PR.
