Barbell

A) Every 1:30 for 5 Rounds:
1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Squat Snatch
*Increase in weight if possible each round or work on technique
B) From Minutes 6:00 to 15:00 find a heavy snatch single or continue to work on technique

Tip of the Day
If you want to be better at snatching, you need to be better at overhead squatting.  If you need to spend the full 15:00 today doing overhead squat therapy with a PVC, it would be 15:00 well spent.  A solid overhead squat is the building block for squat snatching.
