Tip of the Day
Increasing your work capacity on your strict gymnastics and gymnastics positions will significantly improve your work capacity on your kipping movements.  Use todays drills to focus on the quality of your positions, not the quantity of rounds.  When your strength improve and your kipping goes through the roof, you will find that it doesn't matter what those movements are paired with, you are far more efficient.
