Tip of the Day
The weight on the deadlift today should be the same weight you would use on Diane if you are thinking of scaling.  The point of today is to be able to give your best effort so that you have a true retest at the end of the 8 week challenge to compare yourself too.  If you sandbag today on the overly slow side, you are not doing yourself any favors.  We want you to see how eating clean can make a huge difference in not only your appearance but also your performance.  Give it your all!
