Tip of the Day
Efficiency on your barbell cycling will be key today.  The closer the bar stays to your body on the way up and the way down, the less "work" you will have to do.  By keeping the bar close, it stays on an efficient bar path, making it easy to catch and keeping you balanced.  As soon as you throw the bar away from your body, you add extra, unneeded work to your movement.
