Tip of the Day
Getting through today quickly is going to depend on getting trough the barbell unbroken.  The more you drop the bar, the longer it is going to take you to pick it back up.  The clean can become exhausting, especially if the number of times you drop the bar goes up.  Take a few deep breaths after the burpees and be determined to do the shoulder to overhead as unbroken as possible.
