Tip of the Day
Five minutes of work with an equal amount of rest equals a "give it all you have" kind of workout.  Saving all of your energy for the end of the workout today is a waste of a great workout.  You will have plenty of time to get your heart rate and breathing back to stable so 100% effort each minute is a must.  What you should find is that rounds 2 and 3 get better.  The unusually long rest period will allow that lactic acid to help you, not hurt.
