Tip of the Day
With a back up the hill climb, set out on a steady pace.  You want to be able to pick up the pace on the way back up.  Keep your breathing under control and try to move consistently to not leak energy.  If you think you will have to break up reps at the end, start breaking them up at the beginning to save from having longer rest times at the end.
