Tip of the Day
Today is a great day to practice changing hands with the DB on the way down.  Taking the DB from overhead and setting it back down on the ground and then switching hands not only takes time but it also stops your momentum.  If you can switch hands on the way down, you can take advantage of downward speed to tap the floor and drive it back up.  Starting from a dead stop each time requires more work.
