Tip of the Day
When completing a chipper, you always want to think about what you need in the tank for the next movement.  If you do all of the KB swings unbroken, how does that affect your posterior chain for the box jumps and your grip for the muscle ups?  Maybe going 15, 10, 5 might be just enough of a break to get you through the next movements strong.
