Your rowing efficiency will be clutch to be able to finish this workout strong!  If your pulling technique is off or if you have not mastered the heel down, your last row could be less than what you imagine it to be.  However, if you drive through your heels and you know how to produce power on the rower, you calorie difference should not be that great from round 1 to round 2.
