Tip of the Day
Getting far into this workout is going to depend on your pacing at the beginning.  This workout is not about the burpees so sprinting them out of the gate will leave you gasping later on.  Just keep moving on the burpees and be smart with the pull ups.  Break them up early and often to avoid rips and long rest periods.  When you get to the rower, a low damper setting will set you up to finish strong on the handstand push ups.  When you get to the wall, once again, break them up.  Once they start to go, they go fast.
