Yes, being efficient on the rower is always a good tip.  However, your success today is going to depend on you and your partner being able to communicate and transition quickly!  Not paying attention to when it's your turn, taking your time getting off the rower, or getting stuck are all going to hurt your team score.  Work together as a team and transition smoothly!
