2 Squat Snatches (Athletes Choice)
*The weight for this section is completely up to the athlete today.  Depending on what your coach helped you with during overhead squat therapy on Wednesday,  you may spend your ten minutes doing a power snatch and working on your overhead squat positions at a light weight.  If you are proficient at the overhead squat and the snatch, you may work up in weight the entire ten minutes.  Think about your personal weakness and hammer it.

10 Double Unders
40 Wall Balls
20 Double Unders
30 Wall Balls
30 Double Unders
20 Wall Balls
40 Double Unders
10 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders

Tip of the Day
With the break in the movements, and the highest set of wall balls at the beginning, can you do this workout unbroken?  Sometimes we take a break because we feel that we physically need one.  However, there are times when our body isn't tired but our mind says that we need to stop.  Try to focus on your breathing today instead of "how much it hurts" and fight for larger sets of wall balls.
