5:00 - Handstand Hold Practice
-use a box or against a wall (no longer than 20-30 sec), or freestanding (for as long as possible)
5:00 - Handstand Walk Practice
-shoulder taps on a box or against a wall, around the world on a box, an aisle of boxes to support feet, or freestanding

200 m Run
1 Round of "Cindy"
*Cindy = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
**Rx+ is in a weight vest if you are proficient at all movements

Tip of the Day
Because of the 200 m run break in between rounds, you may find that your Cindy rounds are consistently faster than if you were to do just Cindy.  The break in movements provides just enough rest that each subsequent round should start to feel a bit better.  Try your best to do every round unbroken on the push ups, which is usually the most difficult part of the workout.
