Tip of the Day
Today's workout is going to be a bit sneaky.  At first glance it does not seem difficult.  For some of you, this workout may seem a bit grippy, for others, hard to breathe.  If you complete it as designed, you will do the first two rounds unbroken and give it a 100% sprint on the row.  That is why there is a minute of rest squeezed in on minute four.  Work on your straighter leg toes to bar as that will be a great way to keep your breathing under control.
