Tip of the Day
Taking away the score component of a workout gives us a chance to remove some pressure and practice movement.  This is an excellent chance to get out of your comfort zone by going up in weight slightly, making the gymnastics movements harder than usual, etc.  If you always scale to the same scale, are you getting better?
