Tip of the Day
The key to getting through this workout is definitely the overhead squats followed by the box jumps.  Being efficient on the overhead squat and listening to your coaches during squat therapy will help you breeze through those 100 reps.  If you can get your shoulders set and focus on something straight ahead and zone out, you will be through large sets before you know it.  On the box jumps, trust yourself and get your first rep in as soon as possible.  Rest on top of the box to get them done faster.
