Tip of the Day
Knowing how hard to push yourself is a hard thing to figure out.  The only way to get better at it is to push way to hard and fail, or go way too slow and wish you had gone faster.  Knowing your ability to pace for a full minute on a movement for multiple rounds will take some testing.  Knowing that you will more than likely break up the toes to bar early, start with small, manageable sets that will keep you moving without needing long rest periods or tear your hands.
