20 RFT Alternating Rounds With A Partner:

3 Sumo Deadlift (275/185)

Tip of the Day
Working with a partner gives you just the rest you need to be able to go all out every round.  Because today has a few higher skill movements and a slightly heavier weight for some, you might want to dial your "all out" pace back a little bit.  The point of training is to move better, to get out of your comfort zone, and to focus on what you need to become just 1% better each day.  If you don't take the time to make sure your footing is right on the rope, or that your deadlift set up is spot on, or that you are in your hollow/stacked position on your handstand, you will be doing more harm than good.  Work quickly but be precise in your movement.
