Tip of the Day
Everyone loves a good chipper!  People usually prefer chippers because each movement is something different and it offers a lot of variety.  Due to that variance, try to transition as quickly as you can into the next movement.  When you finish the last rep of the prior movement, step up to the next one and don't think about it, just start.  You might surprise yourself that you are more physically ready than you thought.  The mind is a very powerful thing, try to shut it off and just move.
