Tip of the Day
One of the greatest coaching messages comes from an endurance coach named Joe Friel.  His message is "think like a bumblebee, train like a racehorse."  How do you think like a bumblebee?  In the world of physics, the bumblebee is not built to fly.  It's measurements for it's body are all backwards.  It has a huge body and little tiny wings.  However, the bumblebee doesn't know it isn't suppose to fly, according to the laws of physics.  It has faith in itself and it's abilities, regardless of what others say. 
To train like a racehorse is to "stay in your lane."  Racehorses do not compare themselves to others, they do not doubt their program or their coaches.  They are not always looking for an easier way, or a better program.  They just work.  They look straight ahead and they just go until they are told to stop.  They do not question.  They do not doubt.  "Think like a bumblebee, train like a racehorse."
