Mobility! Take care of your muscles and joints!

Tip of the Day
If you and your coach have been working and fighting to get you into the right positions for a while now, it might be time to admit that you need to do some mobility! Today's dumbbell work will be a great test of that.  Squatting with DB's can be quite the eye opener for many people.  Take the time everyday to stretch, roll out, and do some mobility.  It might actually fix that nagging issue you have had for a while.
