400 m run
30 lateral burpees
20 power snatches (95/65)

Tip of the Day
The pace of today's workout should gradually increase.  Settle in on a rowing pace where you are not exhausted going out for the run.  Find a pace on the run where you can come in and get your first burpee in immediately.  Pace the burpee in a way where you can continuously move by catching your breath at the top or only stopping to rest a few times.  The snatches should be completed in big sets.  The weight is light and hopefully your pacing coming into them has left enough gas in the tank to be able to do more work.
