Tip of the Day
This workout can take the breath out of you quickly.  Knowing how to breathe on the thruster can help with this, as well as scaling to a weight that allows you to not continuously hold your breath.  If you do not do Fran rx, this workout should be scaled as well.  Ideally you would do each round of the thrusters unbroken or taking just one break.
