Tip of the Day
"When all else fails, just squat." - Greg Glassman.  The squat is our most basic, primitive movement.  We use it daily, hundreds of times.  The better your squat, the more functional your life.  So today, we are going to strengthen it.  You will find a lot of maxes and you have as much time as you need to find them.  You will get 3 - 4 attempts to find the first heavy single, followed by an attempt to find a 5 RM which should be a percentage of your first round heavy single.  You will then get another 3-4 attempts to find the next heavy single, which should be heavier than your first round, etc.  By the time you get to your last heavy single, you should be hitting a 1 RM or a new PR.  Let's get stronger!
