Every 1:30 for 6 Rounds:
1 Hang Snatch High Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch (athletes choice)

Every 2:00 for 8 Rounds:
5 Unbroken Power Snatch (75/55)
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
5 Strict Pull Ups

*Score is slowest round

Tip of the Day
Today is your day to conquer some weaknesses head on!  The power snatch will become mental hanging onto the bar in the later rounds.  With the workout calling for unbroken, get your mind right before the start!  Using your hips and having an efficient bar path will make the snatches a rest station.  The Open is announced on Thursday night with the first workout being preformed on Friday.  Have you signed up yet?  CrossFit Games Sign Up
