Tip of the Day
Using your hips to move weight.  Using your hips to move yourself.  For those of you that understand how to engage your posterior chain properly, your shoulders will thank you today.  Your glutes and hamstrings are in charge of hip extension.  To make your high pulls feel lighter and move faster, fire your hips/glutes when the bar gets to your hips.  To make your handstand push ups feel lighter and move faster, bring your knees to your chest to engage the hip.  Many people bring their feet down but do not come down deep enough to engage the hip.  Work on that today.
