Tip of the Day
Today is your day to practice cycling a moderately heavy barbell overhead.  With a small rep scheme and no score, it's a good chance to get out of your comfort zone.  Cycling overhead can be more mental than physical sometimes.  Trust your abilities, use your legs, and work around the bar instead of pressing out every rep.
