4 x 8 Dimel Deadlift (Heavy but no max)

5 Rounds for Time and Weight
12 Burpees
1 Heavy Squat Clean (athletes choice)

*The amount of weight lifted today can either increase each round, or start heavy and carry it across all 5 rounds.  Record the heaviest clean lifted

Tip of the Day
Today is the day to push your limits on your clean when fatigued.  If you decide to increase in weight every round, go for a PR if you're feeling good.  You could also decide to use that weight that always seems to kick your butt in a workout and stick with it for all 5 rounds.  Today is yours to decide.
