Tip of the Day
Today is a great day to practice an "unbroken" mentality.  Once you pick up the bar, finish your set.  Once you jump on the pull up bar, finish your set.  On the second round, the most proficient bar cycler will be rewarded.  Not only will they finish the snatches fast, but they will be less fatigued for the double unders.  Practice your mental toughness.
