Tip of the Day
Our season is here!  Our Games season is what many of us train for or just look forward to all year!  The workout will be announced tonight at 8 p.m. on their Games Website.  If you are participating and would like to be ready, follow today as planned and do a lot of stretching and mobility.  For those not participating, today's WOD is will put your midline to the test.  Focus on your posture as you run and complete the overhead walking lunges.  Getting lazy and allowing that midline to slack is an easy path to injury.
